Gorgeous Spaces
A whole-home renovation is a good way to make sure your home's interior flows well and is designed the way you'd like it. Recreating and remodeling existing spaces is something we have a big heart for over here at JK Construction. An entire home remodel may have many modifications to the kitchen, bathrooms, and various other rooms.
Often times with whole home remodels, there are entire spaces that we add on as well, and any combination of installing new windows, doors, siding, roofing, and flooring where these upgrades are needed or is owner preferred. We may also need to upgrade plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. In the next picture, all of the items listed above were updated and refreshed as seen by the "before" picture.

The house took extensive demolition work, and by the end, we were down to the original foundation and framing; the rest had been removed, and we had a clean slate to work with. It's fun to see progress with the "after" picture taken from a similar angle once all the work was completed.
A fresh feeling
A whole house remodel can be a smart choice when moving to a new house is not an option, or perhaps you simply want to continue to stay in the area you have loved for many years but want a fresh feeling to the place you have always called "home". The hard work
In these next images, you will see work that was done in another whole home remodel. The farmhouse remodel consisted of the entire house being stripped down to bare studs, moving walls, floor levels, and even ceiling heights. This certainly fits the description of "whole home remodel!"
What a mess! There's lot of exciting work to be done and things can certainly look worse before they look better. A few months later though with some hard work, and this old Farmhouse has a completely new interior suited just for the owner's lifestyles.
