A Dream Remodel Inside & Out
This couple wanted an open concept floor plan in contrast to the closed off kitchen they had previously. We took several walls out and redesigned the kitchen area to accommodate a great place to cook and entertain simultaneously.
This is the view walking in from the front door and is immediately welcoming and inviting.

Design Is Just As Important As The Build
The initiation of any successful construction or remodeling project starts with a plan. This is where we can discover the best functional use of space. During this time we also uncover any previously unseen design opportunities, optimizing the space that you see here. Once the design is finalized we begin choosing primary selections including Cabinetry, Countertops, Flooring, and Wall Surfaces.
After these four main selections are chosen the final details will be addressed in the secondary selections, consisting of all minor design details such as Lighting, Plumbing Fixtures, Trim Details, and Paint colors. Upon final review with the clients, every detail is finalized and the design will move into a Construction Agreement.
How It Looked Before JK Construction
This home was well loved and the owners were ready for a clean, fresh, open slate! The outside was a nice space before yet the owners were ready for a maintenance free concrete option and much more shade. There was no going back once the old cabinets and walls were out. The old decking was removed to get ready for a new covered porch.
A Fresh Take On The Main Living Space
This couple wanted an open concept floor plan in contrast to the closed off kitchen they had previously. We took several walls out and redesigned the kitchen area to accommodate a great place to cook and entertain simultaneously.
The kitchen remodel was redesigned with beautiful shaker-style alder cabinets and crisp, clean quartz countertops that contrast beautifully with the dark cabinet stain. Newly laid oak, wide-plank hardwood and white subway tile backsplash complete the new look.
The large windows, light flooring, and white quartz countertops make this kitchen remodel space feel open and airy. Walking into your home should make you feel calm and relaxed and this newly designed space certainly accomplishes that.
Enjoy Outdoor Living As Much As Possible
We removed old decking material to replace with low maintenance concrete. Then we built the covered area to be added seamlessly to the existing house. Now our clients have a larger spot with shade to entertain and enjoy the view.
A Place To Feel Comfortable
We wanted to help create a relaxing space for our clients to enjoy. That involved a large new window and beautiful new flooring. It is easy to see our clients relaxing to enjoy their new home remodeling, inside and out.
